Junction Valve

Junction Valve - used for dual-fitting handbrake kits. Also known as a tap-in handbrake system. Available in circular circlip style (green) or teardrop shape (red). The black junction valve color has been discontinued. 

This piece goes into the rear (foot) master cylinder and allows the handbrake line and footbrake line to both tap into the rear master cylinder. This is considered a single caliper handbrake kit, since it shares the OEM rear caliper with the footbrake. This is a less expensive setup as opposed to running a dual caliper rear handbrake kit. 

This will fit the majority of newer sport bike models after the year 2000.  It will also fit on the Suzuki DRZ400. 

*2003-2005 R6 and 2004-2006 R1 models require a stock foot master cylinder from an earlier model, such as 99-02 R6. 

*2007 and newer model R1 requires a bracket/relocation tab to be fabricated for proper fit.

Also available for the Honda Grom MSX125 and Kawasaki Z125 mini-bikes.

This is also a very popular modification for the Honda Africa Twin motorcycle (CRF1100L).
